Operators to Work with Copper in a Multinational Company

Location: Mount Wellington  

Salary: $26 an hour

Requirements: 6-12 month visa and a strong willingness to work  

 

Available Shifts:

- 4 candidates for night shift  

- 1 candidate for day shift  

 

Job Description:  

We are looking for 5 operators for copper winding roles. This is a labor-intensive position that does not require specific qualifications, but candidates must be strong and physically fit.

 

Position Details:

- Night Shift: 2 candidates will start immediately, and 2 candidates will train for 2 weeks on the day shift before transitioning to night shift.  

- Day Shift: 1 candidate.  

 

Requirements:  

- A university degree is not necessary; we are looking for individuals willing to work in a physically demanding environment.  

- All candidates must complete a Coil Shop competency assessment with a minimum pass rate of 80%.

 

Selection Process:  

- After the assessments are completed, a 20-30 minute meet and greet will be arranged to get to know each candidate.  

- Once this process is complete, we will coordinate a start date.
